Silk Screen Printing
The most common method for printing to the surface of a flash drive is silk screen printing.  Silk screen printing is ideal for both spot color logo printing and four color process printing.

Pad Printing
Closely related to silk screen printing is the pad printing process.  The pad printing process allows for printing on not flat surfaces.  When the art and manufacturing parameters dictate, we will print directly to the surface of of the flash drive using this alternative printing method.

Laser Etching / Engraving
For models that have a metal case we can laser etch your logo to the flash drive surface.  This engraving method adds a "expensive" feel to your drive.

Embossing
For our leather USB flash drives we offer embossing.  This is a subtle and elegant decorating method.  It works best when the art supplied is simple line art.

Epoxy Dome
For a unique look and feel, we can add a raised clear dome over your logo.  This creates a high end "badge" look to your USB drive printing.
